Membership in Lambda Phoenix Center is a personal commitment to ensuring the Center continues to be available to those in the metro Phoenix LGBT community recovering from alcoholism and other addictions. It is a means of carrying a message of hope and recovery to the suffering newcomer. It is an expression of our gratitude that we were able to find a safe and welcoming place to recover without risk of judgment or ridicule. It represents an end to isolation and the experience of being a part of something greater than ourselves.

Members of Lambda Phoenix Center have the right to participate in the operation of the organization by voting. Members elect a Board of Directors at an annual meeting held at the Center on the second Sunday in September. Members with two years of continuous recovery are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
